Returns Policy

When Returns Are Accepted
- Print quality defects (color shifts, smudging, misalignment)
- Incorrect product or quantity received
- Damaged items during shipping
- Order does not match the approved proof
Important Notice
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Custom-printed products cannot be returned if they match the approved proof
- Photos of the defect are required for all return requests
- Original packaging should be retained when possible

Refund or Replacement
Refund payments are returned via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Replacement orders are shipped with priority processing at no additional cost.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100 BGN. Orders under 100 BGN are charged a flat shipping rate.
Custom-printed products can only be returned if there is a quality defect or if the product does not match the approved proof. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse on custom items.
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned via the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
